Simply VDL Mother’s Day Sweepstakes

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. SPONSOR

This Promotion is sponsored by Simply VDL, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at:

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence).

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

Begins April 24, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends May 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”).

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must complete the official entry form by submitting their name, email address, and a written memory about their mother (or mother figure) during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive two (2) handbags of their choice from simplyvdl.com.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $536 (excluding taxes and shipping).

Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and additional expenses.

7. WINNER SELECTION

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Drawing will take place on or about May 11, 2026.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winner will be notified via the email provided at entry and may also be announced on Sponsor’s social media platforms.

Winner must respond within ten (10) days or an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor may require proof of identity and eligibility before awarding the prize.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, by entering, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city/state of residence, and submitted written content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. CONTENT LICENSE

By submitting written content, entrant grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute such content in any media for marketing and promotional purposes.

Entrant represents that their submission is original and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or acceptance and use of the prize.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

14. DISPUTES

All disputes shall be resolved individually under the laws of the State of Colorado, without resort to class action.
